GRASSHOPPER HARVEY BUILDERS WITH ARM ROTATIONS
Stand straight with your feet together and your arms extended to your sides at shoulder height. Make big circles forward for 15 rotations. Now make 15 rotations backward. Immediately after the arm rotations, squat all the way down, touching the floor with your hands on the outside of your feet. Kick both feet out behind you, placing you in a push-up position. You will now perform one regular push-up, then kick your feet back into the squat position and stand up. After the arm rotations, the first count is the squat, second count is the feet kicking back, third count is the down feet coming back in, placing you in squat position, with hands on the outside of each foot, and the fourth count will be you standing up into the starting position for one repetition. Keep performing this sequence for the complete minute.
